June 29 Turkish Super Lig side Galatasaray announced today that former Chelsea forward Hakim Ziyech has officially joined the club.
The official announcement is as follows:
Ziyech joined Galatasaray on loan from Chelsea last summer, and the free transfer option in his loan deal has been activated, so the player’s transfer to Galatasaray will be free of charge.
The player will earn €2.85 million per year in the next season. In addition, if the renewal conditions are triggered, Ziyech’s annual salary will also be €2.85 million in the 2025/26 season.
He made 18 appearances for Galatasaray in the Turkish Super Lig last season, starting 12 of them, scoring 6 goals and providing 3 assists. His current market value is €9 million.
