According to renowned journalist Romano, Arsenal have reached an agreement with Bologna defender Karacic for a summer move, and they now need to negotiate with the club to determine the transfer fee.
Romano says that Karacic has agreed to the contract offered by Arsenal and, if the transfer is successful, the two parties will sign a contract until 2029.
On the other hand, Bologna is insisting on a €50 million asking price for Karacic, and the two clubs are still negotiating about it.
As Karacic’s former club, Swiss side Basel will receive 50% of the transfer fee over €4.5 million, so they are also keeping a close eye on the negotiations between the two clubs.
