Earlier reports indicated that Villa have reached an agreement with Chelsea for Cunha’s transfer, with a fee of £37.5 million.
The 22-year-old Dutch youngster spent last season on loan at Dortmund from Chelsea, appearing in 23 games (22 starts) for the German side, scoring three goals and providing two assists. His current market value is €40 million.
