His non-playing career began in scouting and recruitment roles, initially at Milton Keynes, before holding key positions at Southampton, Tottenham, RB Leipzig, Red Bull International Football Club and AS Monaco.
His success in recruiting players during his time at Southampton as Head of Scouting and Analysis helped the club return to the Premier League and become a regular in the top half of the table. Southampton’s unique and advanced recruitment strategy allowed them to outsmart many rivals despite having a lower budget. He further cemented his reputation during his tenure as Head of Recruitment at Tottenham Hotspur. At RB Leipzig, he served as Head of Recruitment and Club Development, combining traditional scouting practices with data-driven analytics before moving to the position of Technical Director at Red Bull Global Football.
