According to Sky Germany reporter Florian Plettenberg, Manchester United have indeed joined the race for Lille defender Yoro, but the club has yet to make an offer for de Ligt.
Plettenberg wrote on social media: “Yes, Man Utd has made an offer to Lille for Yoro, officially joining the race for him.”
“But the 18-year-old player has not yet decided whether to join Man Utd or Real Madrid.”
“Man Utd are currently yet to make an offer to Bayern for de Ligt, and the two clubs are not close to reaching an agreement.”
According to the Manchester Evening News, Man Utd’s offer for Yoro is reportedly between €60m and €70m.
