Sky Italia reports that Atalanta continue to increase their offer in hopes of signing Celtic midfielder Matt O’Reilly.
The 23-year-old Danish midfielder, who came through the Fulham youth system, joined Celtic in 2022 and has made 77 appearances for the Scottish side, scoring 19 goals and providing 24 assists.
Sky Italia claims that Atalanta’s initial €15 million bid for O’Reilly was rejected, and they have since raised their offer to €17 million. This is unlikely to satisfy Celtic, who are holding out for €25 million.
