Italian transfer expert Pedulla reports that Monza is about to sign 36-year-old Portuguese goalkeeper Patricio on a free transfer.
Monza was previously very close to signing former Real Madrid and PSG goalkeeper Navas, but Navas repeatedly delayed his medical, ultimately leading Monza to decide against signing him.
However, Monza quickly activated their backup plan and are about to sign former Roma and Wolves goalkeeper Patricio. The 36-year-old Patricio gradually lost his starting spot at Roma after De Rossi took over as manager, and left the club on a free transfer this summer. After being unemployed for a month, Patricio is about to return to Serie A.
