Spanish local media “Sevilla Sports Daily” reported that Milan has made a formal offer of €20 million for Betis midfielder Cardozo. 
The 24-year-old American midfielder Johnny-Cardozo is Milan’s latest transfer target. Cardozo also holds an Italian passport, so he won’t take up a non-EU spot at Milan. Milan’s latest offer is €20 million, but it is lower than Betis’ asking price of €30 million.
