Gasperini admitted: “Koopmeiners wants to join Juventus. He has reached an agreement with Juve and doesn’t want to play for Atalanta anymore.”
Earlier, Romano reported that Juventus made a first offer worth €45 million for Koopmeiners. Once they reach an agreement with Atalanta, the transfer will be completed.
The 26-year-old Koopmeiners joined Atalanta in the summer of 2021. He has played 129 times for the club, scoring 29 goals and providing 15 assists. He helped Atalanta win the Europa League title in the 23/24 season.
