Renowned transfer expert Fabrizio Romano reports that Atalanta striker Gianluca Scamacca has suffered an ACL tear and will be sidelined for 6 to 7 months.
This also means Scamacca will miss Atalanta’s Super Cup final against Real Madrid next week.
Scamacca joined Atalanta from West Ham last season, making 44 appearances for the club, scoring 19 goals and providing 7 assists. He also represented Italy at the European Championship this summer.
