Following Ibrahimovic’s statement in an interview that Milan are still looking at Borussia Monchengladbach midfielder Kone despite having already signed Fofana, Di Marzio reports that Roma could join the race for the player.
Di Marzio states that Roma are ready to begin restructuring their midfield, with no players considered untouchable. Meanwhile, Milan are still in contact with Saudi Arabian clubs regarding Bennacer. If Bennacer were to leave, Milan would free up funds and space to make a strong push for Kone.
Kone made 25 appearances in all competitions for Borussia Monchengladbach last season, scoring two goals.
