According to reports, Roma will go all out to sign Juventus cast-off Chiesa if Paulo Dybala accepts a lucrative offer from Saudi Arabia.
Dybala has been the subject of interest from Saudi Arabian side Al-Khaleej, who are prepared to offer him a three-year contract. Reports differ on the figures in the salary offer: Roma Sport claims €60 million, Gazzetta dello Sport claims €80 million, and Tuttosport claims “as much as” €100 million.
All major Italian sports newspapers on Thursday’s front pages claimed that Roma are willing to let Dybala go if he accepts the Saudi offer. Tuttosport said that if Dybala decides to move to the Saudi Pro League before the transfer window closes, Roma will turn their attention to Chiesa.
Dybala himself has not yet made a decision, but Roma expect him to make up his mind by the beginning of next week. Roma will travel to Cagliari on Sunday night for their first match of the 24/25 Serie A season. Dybala is not expected to start, but could come on as a substitute.
