According to the Roma news portal laroma24, Roma have offered English centre-back Chris Smalling to three Bundesliga clubs, including Dortmund.
The report states that with Dybala officially announcing his stay at Roma, sporting director Tiago Pinto now needs to complete the sale of surplus players in order to make further signings in the transfer market. Smalling previously rejected offers from the Premier League and Saudi Arabia, and Roma have now offered him to Dortmund, Frankfurt and Stuttgart.
Smalling, 34, made only 12 appearances for Roma last season due to recurring injury problems.
