Romano wrote on social media: “Chelsea have rejected Napoli’s loan-to-buy offer for Romelu Lukaku (€5 million loan fee + €25 million obligation to buy). Chelsea want to sell Lukaku immediately and have set a price tag of €35 million. The two clubs are expected to hold new rounds of negotiations today.”
