According to transfer expert Di Marzio, Raphael Varane remains a summer transfer target for Serie A newcomer Como.
Reports suggest that on Saturday, Varane travelled to Italy with his agent to meet with the Lombardy club’s Indonesian representatives. Varane will become a free agent on July 1st.
Varane has given himself 10 days to make a decision. Besides Como, Roma, a Saudi club and a MLS club are also believed to be interested. In the coming weeks, Varane will consider and assess other offers.
In his final season at Old Trafford, Varane made 32 appearances across all competitions for Manchester United. He also scored a goal in the 2023 August match against Wolves.
