According to Italian Football, AC Milan have entered negotiations with Chelsea over a potential signing of Romelu Lukaku, while also expressing interest in Chalobah and Chukwuemeka.
AC Milan were initially looking to sign Noa Lang, but the arrival of Manchester United meant the deal was put on hold. To strengthen their attack, AC Milan have been in talks with Chelsea over a possible move for Lukaku. Chelsea are asking for €40 million for Lukaku, but AC Milan are reluctant to match that price. It is believed that AC Milan may opt for a loan deal with an option to buy, as it would involve a lower transfer fee.
In addition, AC Milan are interested in two other Chelsea players, namely Chalobah and Chukwuemeka. AC Milan are particularly interested in Chukwuemeka, while Chalobah is not part of the new manager’s plans for the upcoming season.
After Belgium were knocked out of the Round of 16 of the European Championships by France (1-0), Lukaku, who is the main striker for the national team, ended the tournament without scoring any goals.
