On July 6, Inter Milan officially announced that the club has signed 30-year-old Polish midfielder Piotr Zieliński on a free transfer. The deal is for four years.
The midfielder, born in 1994, will be with the Nerazzurri until June 30, 2028.
Zieliński is a gifted player known for his long-range shots. He played a key role in helping Napoli win their historic Serie A title in the 2022/23 season.
A key player for the Polish national team, Zieliński has made 93 appearances for his country, scoring 12 goals. He has also played in three European Championships and two World Cups. He scored one goal for Poland in their 2-0 victory over Saudi Arabia in the 2022 World Cup.
