According to Italian media outlet Tuttosport, Roma and Juventus have reached an agreement in principle for the transfer of Italian winger Federico Chiesa. Now, the transfer is expected to be completed if Chiesa himself agrees.
According to previous media reports, Juventus’ asking price for Chiesa this summer is €25 million, and Roma are expected to meet their demands.
However, Chiesa has not yet made a decision about his future. Although Roma is a good option, the player is reportedly still waiting to see if he receives any offers from Premier League or Champions League clubs.
In response, Roma have also prepared a Plan B: if they are unable to sign Chiesa, they will turn their attention to Atlético Madrid attacker Rodrigo Riquelme. His estimated transfer fee is also around €20 million.
