Bellingham also stated that his parents have sacrificed a lot for him. He said, “When you’re going through tough times, you start to question if it’s all worth it. Nights like tonight make it all worth it. I was fine until I saw my parents’ faces. They used to be home by seven in the evening, but they’d still be out at eleven or twelve taking me to play football. My little brother is there, too, and I try to be a good example for him.”
