An England football fan named Paul Bibby has covered his entire house in England flags, causing a traffic jam, according to The Sun.
The fan, who lives in Chelmsford, Essex, has decked his home in St George’s flags in a show of support for the England national team. His actions have been met with enthusiasm from local neighbors, while also attracting the attention of drivers who stop to take a look.
He has now added even more decorations related to the Three Lions, such as bright flags and red fences. It is understood that the 58-year-old fan does this for every major international tournament. He has been subject to malicious speculation on social media, with some users describing his decorations as “obnoxious”.
Bibby said: “It’s my house, my flags, I do it to support England. For those who don’t like it, I say get a life, if you don’t like it don’t look at it, most people like it.”
