According to The Sun, some members of the England Wags took a private jet to the team’s five-star hotel after England’s 0-0 draw with Slovenia to offer support to their weary loved ones.
The Sun reported that Harry Kane’s wife, Katie Goodland, Saka’s girlfriend, Tolami Benson, and Bowen’s partner, Dani Dyer, were previously spotted in the stands during England vs Slovenia.
In addition to the three aforementioned, several other England Wags flew around 170 miles by private jet to the five-star hotel where the England team is staying to meet their loved ones. These include Gallagher’s girlfriend, Annie-May Kennedy, Anthony Gordon’s partner, Anne Keating, and Stones’ girlfriend, Olivia Naylor.
After disembarking, they drove 28 miles to reach the England team’s hotel, the Wynyard Golf Hotel and Spa, to spend a few hours with their families outside of the competition.
At the hotel, the FA staff provided players and their families, as well as children, with basic entertainment facilities such as mini cars, bouncy castles, etc. However, compared to the last reunion, the time the national players could spend with their families was shortened.
However, England striker Harry Kane said that a few hours together was enough for them, saying: “It was a fun day, just maybe a little too long.”
