Belgian right-back Thomas Meunier recently gave an interview with L’Equipe, looking ahead to the upcoming Round of 16 clash.
Meunier, who played with several French internationals during his time at Paris Saint-Germain, said: “France is not just Mbappé, they have Dembélé, Griezmann, Barcola, etc., and even their defense is excellent. It’s a very complete team. We have to be very aggressive, fearless.”
“France is very good, but they are not perfect, just like us. We have a chance, it will be a great game. As long as we have enough desire to win and passion, it will be a fifty-fifty match.”
