Çalhanoğlu: “I know I am a threat from outside the box. To be honest, I was hoping my teammate would pass the ball to me at that moment, and he did. I took my chance, it was a beautiful goal.”

Çalhanoğlu: “I was very sad at the time, but now I’m happy. The team played very well without me and managed to qualify.”

Çalhanoğlu: “I played with him at AC Milan. He’s open to everything. He’s also a great help tactically. We’re trying a lot of different formations. He works hard and is focused on his coaching job, and the players naturally respect and like him.”

Çalhanoğlu: “The atmosphere in the locker room is fantastic. This is thanks to the support of the fans. I want to thank them for giving the team strength. Hopefully, they will continue to cheer for us during the game. Additionally, we are always confident and we hope to go all the way.”

Çalhanoğlu: “I haven’t spoken to them yet. I’m happy to see De Vrij and Dumfries again. I respect them, but right now we are playing for our respective national teams.”
