Gary Neville has suggested that England should replace Harry Kane with Ivan Toney in the final if they need a goal in the latter stages.
“In the final, if it’s the last 10 minutes and Spain are sitting back and we’re trying to get crosses into the box, Southgate should bring on Ivan Toney,” Neville said.
“Against the Netherlands, Van Dijk and De Vrij had Watkins to deal with, and although they didn’t like dealing with him, they still forced England to drop back slightly.”
