It is reported that this is a mandatory procedure for minors. Local Spanish regulations state that “Spanish minors under the age of 18 who travel abroad without any legal representative (parents or guardians) must present a valid DNI (National Identity Document) or passport, along with a signed travel authorization declaration.”

In the European Championship semi-final that ended early this morning, Gavi scored a beautiful goal, becoming the youngest player in European Championship history to score.
